More adventures! 18Nov07 - 23Nov07

We (I) decided to paint the dining area walls today. We went to Home Depot after church and picked out the color. I recovered the kitchen chairs last night. They are now padded and covered with a nice soft courderoy brown fabric. That was quick and easy and it made a nice change in the room. Then I decided paint would be even better! So of course, before...

...And after!
You like? The color is "Sweet Georgia Brown". Even though we are not in Georgia, I think it looks great!

Brady and Papaw having a heart to heart on the floor.
He was trying to convince Papaw of something?!?!?
This is a picture of my masterpiece desert for this Thanksgiving. It is 7 layer red velvet cake. I bought the new cake stand special for the pretty cake! It tasted even better.
Brady of course, had the best time with the box!

We just got home from spending the day with friends. Brady had been with Granny all day and was very excited to play with his daddy! One of his favorite things it to play on the bed...
Ready....Set...

GO!!!! Look at that lift and extension! Both feet completely off the bed, back arched, huge grin, is he having fun or what?
The smile gives it all away!

He was frog jumping on the bed. A big thanks to Grandpa Reid for teaching him how fun it is to play on the bed!! LoveYall!

Playin'! 12Nov07 - 17Nov07

We went to Ray and Vicki Hatfield's house tonight. Of course I found the UT "hat" and "tee-down"! The helmet was too big so I had to try really hard to keep the strap on my chin.

Daddy went to take a "sha-wer" and I tried to convince them I should get in also, but, I lost.

Then I got down on the floor and started peeking under the door. There is just a little slot. The water was splashing...
...and it got my face! I laughed about this for about 10 minutes.

Today after Kinder-music class we went to the mall to play with my friends Kaitlynn and Joshua. We look pretty cute in this big red car!
I am high speed-everywhere, all the time! "Brady runnin' fast".
This is Joshua, he is about 15 months old I think. He looks just like his daddy!
Do you think I can manage to "hog-tie" this pig?
Getting in the "car"...
Vrooom...vrooom...
Hang on tight, round and round and round....
I can even stop for a "cheeeeese!"
After we played so hard, I had to take a bath. Daddy was pouring a stream of water on my belly from high up. I got so tickled-

Mama always gets me out of the bath for my lotion time. I curl up and say "baby". Mama cradles me while she can because I never let her when I was a baby! Mama is helping me turn out the light in the bathroom.

What an outfit! All of my favorite things: hat, "plasses", "me-mowf" shirt, the "ride", UT football pants, no shoes (Brady thinks he is the shoe police, nobody can have shoes on inside?!?!)

That was my week of adventure. Thanks for checking in on me! LoveYall!

Days with "Ah-dew"! 9Nov-12Nov07

This is me and "Ah-dew" playing in the big red car at the mall...after Mama and Marta drove all the way to the Expo Center for a Christmas Fair. We got there 2 1/2 hours before it opened (on accident)! So we decided to go play and wait for it to open.

We are in the mall at the Rush play area.

Andrew found this pink car that another lady brought her kids in...the boys didn't want to do much else after that.
The slide was the best part. Of course, my son, is going down head first! No fear!
Play nice. Take turns..."Ah-dew's turn, Brady's turn..."
The big red car again!
Mama and I had to go to the store after our play date at Andrew's house. We had to sit in the firetruck and say "cheeeeeese"!

Andrew saying bye-bye to Brady-
On our day long adventure we stopped by to see Travis at work, kind of a field trip for the boys. They didn't know what to think about all of the stuff and a house that did not quite look right.

Whew-what a day! Can't wait for another! See you later!
